Refund Policy – Participants, Bidders, Sponsors, and Partners
At Indian Beauty League (IBL), we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our participants, bidders, sponsors, and partners. This policy outlines the guidelines for refund requests based on specific scenarios. By engaging in any transaction with IBL, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.
a. Registration Fee:
- In the event of a participant withdrawing from the pageant before the audition round, a partial refund of the registration fee may be considered. However, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund will be provided if the participant withdraws after successfully clearing the audition round or after the commencement of the pageant.
b. Pageant Fees:
- If a participant withdraws from the pageant after paying the pageant fee but before the commencement of the grand finale, an amount may be considered for next season, subject to the deduction of relevant charges.
- No refund will be provided if the participant withdraws after the commencement of the grand finale.
2. Bidders, Sponsors, and Partners:
a. Sponsorship and Partnership Fees:
- Refund requests for sponsorship and partnership fees will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If a partnership agreement is terminated by mutual consent, the refund terms will be specified in the agreement.
b. Auction Bids:
- In the event of a bidder wishing to retract a bid during an auction, the bidder must notify IBL immediately.
- If the retraction is approved by IBL before the auction closes, the bid may be canceled, and the bidder will not be held liable for the bid amount.
- To request a refund, participants, bidders, sponsors, and partners must submit a written refund request to IBL at [Contact Details].
- The refund request will be reviewed by the IBL Management, and the decision on the refund will be communicated to the requesting party.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame.
IBL reserves the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:
- Failure to meet the eligibility criteria specified for participation, sponsorship, or partnership.
- Violation of the terms and conditions, rules, or guidelines set forth by IBL.
- Any circumstances beyond the control of IBL, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or force majeure events.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
